The 9 polo fields and hospitality facilities enjoy warm temperatures during all year around, to let you keep on playing polo and enjoy all the amenities under the sun. With its special preparation and care, all fields are prepared to receive an intense polo calendar and adverse weather conditions.
Santa María Polo Club has the best stables for a unique polo experience. The stables are located beside the field III of the Puente de Hierro playing area and were inaugurated in 2010. They have a central building with two floors of 313 square metres, for grooms, professionals and employers. On the other hand there’s a building block that consists of a module with 39 boxes of 3.50 m x 3.50 m each.
The boxes are open type with folding front doors of the German trade Rower & Rub. They are equipped with feeders and automatic drinkers for the horses. The side porches allow horses and grooms to move all around the stables. Strategically placed in the breakdown of the building, there is a wide area for blacksmith works. Each module has its mallet room, large and equipped with everything you need. Puente de Hierro also includes an exercise track area for horses.
The club has prepared special packages for 2016, including accommodation for horses, players and grooms. A complete program where the teams will have great facilities for playing and training.
