The La Martina Argentina Polo Cup presented by Maserati in Dubai, marked the end of the “Maserati Centennial Polo Tour”, organised by Maserati in collaboration with La Martina, official supplier of the most prestigious polo tournaments worldwide.
The last of the five polo events of the Maserati Centennial Polo Tour culminated in a thrilling final with the Desert Palm team prevailing over the Maserati team. More than 65 players from 12 countries participated in the tournament, which was played under perfect weather conditions, under a clear blue sky.
Staged at Dubai’s Desert Palm Hotel under the patronage of Her Royal Highness, Princess Haya Bint Al Hussein, wife of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, the fifth and final leg of the Maserati Centennial Polo Tour attracted Dubai’s prominent business community members, socialites, polo enthusiasts and style icons.
Guests attending the event included HE Ruben Eduardo Caro, Ambassador of Argentina to the UAE, Ali Al Bwardy, Chairman of Albwardy Investment Group, and Hossam Hosni, General Manager Luxury Auto, Al Tayer Group.
