Today the 2014 spring season at La Aguada Polo Club, located in Open Door, Argentina, starts with the La Aguada Cowdray Park Polo Cup. Six teams will compete against each other, divided into two leagues. The final match will be held on Friday, 14th November 2014.

The tournament, taking place for the second time, marks the consolidation of the partnership between La Aguada Polo Club and Cowdray Park Polo Club, one of the most important polo clubs in England and Europe. Founded in 1910, Cowdray Park has a rich history in polo and it is the place where one of Europe’s most coveted tournaments is played every year – the Gold Cup for the British Open. Members of this prestigious and worldwide renowned club will take part in the competitions held at La Aguada Polo Club, in Argentina.

In the following weeks La Aguada Polo Club will host several more polo tournaments: the Copa Julio Novillo Astrada Jaeger-LeCoultre (20th November to 2nd December), the La Aguada Guards Polo Cup (1st to 5th December), the Copa La Aguada Primavera (1st to 6th December) and especially for the female players the La Aguada Ladies Cup (8th to 12th December).
